bit more research and sketches development

So ive settled on a final personal logo design, sticking with the heart shape, ive created a scattered, hectic but easily recognized scribble heart (shown below)

How it will be presented/created is now my main problem. im hoping for something like a paint splatter or eve neon lights, but how to create that on illustrator? im leaning more towards photoshop at this point.

I was very surprised to find this logo for a local parenting group. it is very similar to my logo, however i intend to make mine slightly less smeared looking and more sketchy.

Hopefully you are all getting the general idea of what im hoping to achieve in the end. but for now its time for experiments and get this project started. so crack out the graphics tablets, its time to design a logo !
