OK so bit of a big development, as ive said i contacted the company, but it was in very early stages, barely found out who was in charge of public relations and who ran what department and who i should be talking to, it seems they all take turns answering emails and of course passing phone calls about the office until i land myself at the right person, an issue i would want to hint at WHEN I MEET THEM.
Yes you read correctly the company liked my pitch and agreed to a meeting to discuss their thoughts, and my intentions and all that fun stuff.
I was going to post the emails from intial contact or even snippets (as its relatively boring) but i dont want to step on any toes, privacy protection and all that. I will ask them when i meet them how comfortable they would be with me blogging about the emails or encounters, but i doubt theyd like it as the project may not turn out amazingly well in the end and one or both parties dont want it publicized .
So the meeting is at the end of the month and i want to go prepared!
