research and prepared questions

After as much research as i could do with a basically nonexistent online company, i found they have several small competitors, who focus alot more on their own promotion than their companies, which is both a good and bad thing, if HORSEFACE continue with client number one priority and include some of my help, they could officially monopolize the northern underground gig promotions. At the moment they are mainly Belfast based, but there are talks of reaching out to Dublin as far as i know from our correspondents. So this has to be able to be nationally acceptable and appropriate, not that thered be much difference in this case, its just another update.
Ok so ive been thinking of things to ask and notes i wanna make whilst im there, and it gos basically as follows.
-Introduce self,
-find out who i am and should be talking to
-find out about staff, who does what, any changes in the future, even the dublin expansion.
-what do they want
-is there any things they definitely dont want changed
-how much freedom with this project have i got
-colour  schemes
-the company name... how set on it are they
-clientel
-anything in particular they want to ask me
-time frame, when would they like it for
-who should i contact directly
-styles/fonts/thier ideas and what all needs to be done. just a logo? font? both? mini logo aswell?
-get photos when im there, mainly for this blog, but also to remind myself the ind of establishment they are
-ask for any hard copies of anything they have from previous events and branding, so i have a complete idea of what im working with and rebranding.

i cant really think of anything else i want/need to ask them. im very excited about getting further into this project now, especially since i know the results wont just be left in a box in my room gathering dust once its graded. Knowing its helping a business and maybe even giving me enough experience to tackle a live project again properly.
